1. About the service

Dushanbe Avia (the app and dushanbeavia.com) is a free information service run as a private project from Tajikistan. It helps you find and compare flight prices and go to a seller. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. We do not sell tickets

Dushanbe Avia is not an airline, travel agency or ticket seller. Buying, paying for, changing and refunding a ticket happen on the seller’s website (for example, Aviasales and its agencies) under the seller’s rules. The contract is between you and the seller or airline; we are not a party to it.

3. Prices

Prices in the app come from cached Aviasales searches and are usually shown as “from” for one adult passenger. They may change or become unavailable. Prices in another currency may be converted at the National Bank of Tajikistan rate and are approximate. The exact price and seat availability are known only to the seller at the time of purchase.

4. Partner services

Some services, such as checking compensation for a delayed or cancelled flight, are provided by partners (for example, AirHelp) on their own websites and under their own terms. We may receive a commission from partners for visits and purchases; this does not change your price.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and for personal purposes only.
• Do not scrape data in bulk, bypass our server’s limits or interfere with its operation.
• The Dushanbe Avia name and logo belong to the project and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We try to show accurate information but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date, as it comes from third parties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions of sellers, airlines and partners, changes to prices and schedules, or losses related to using the service.

7. Changes and termination

We may change the service and these terms. A new version is published on this page with a new date. You may stop using the service and delete the app at any time.

8. Governing law and contact
