1. Who we are

Dushanbe Avia is a private project from Tajikistan: a mobile app for finding cheap flights and the website dushanbeavia.com. Contact: support@dushanbeavia.com.

2. In short

• No sign-up is needed; the app has no user accounts.
• We do not collect names, passport details, contacts, payment data or precise location.
• You cannot buy tickets in the app: purchases happen on the seller’s website.
• Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) can be turned off in the app profile.

3. Flight search through our server

When you search for flights, the app sends the search parameters to our server api.dushanbeavia.com: cities, dates, number of passengers, cabin class and currency. The server itself requests prices from Travelpayouts (Aviasales data) and exchange rates from the National Bank of Tajikistan, and returns the result to the app. Partners receive only the search parameters, not your identifiers.

The server runs on Cloudflare. Your IP address is used to protect the service from abuse (rate limiting). Responses are cached for a few minutes without being linked to you. We do not keep your search history. Cloudflare may keep technical request logs for a limited time under its own rules.

4. Data on your device

Your language, currency, theme, statistics setting and Favorites are stored only on your phone and are deleted with the app.

5. Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

To understand how many people use the app and what to improve, we use Google Firebase Analytics. It collects:

• automatically: an app installation ID, device model, OS and app version, language, approximate country or region (from the IP address), app opens and session length; on Android also the device advertising ID, if available;
• our events: searches (route, departure date, one-way or round trip, number of passengers, flexible dates, currency, number of results) and taps in “Where to buy” (seller, route, price shown).

We do not show ads and do not share this data for advertising. Event data is kept for no longer than 14 months. You can turn statistics off in the app: Profile → Anonymous statistics. How Google processes data: Firebase, Google.

6. Going to partners

When you tap a seller in “Where to buy” (for example, Aviasales) or a partner service (for example, AirHelp — compensation for a delayed or cancelled flight), the partner’s website opens in an in-app browser. The link contains our Travelpayouts partner ID, so the partner knows you came from us and may pay us a commission. This does not change your price.

Everything you enter on a partner’s website (passenger details, payment, a claim) is processed by that partner under its own rules — see the privacy policy on its website: Aviasales, AirHelp, Travelpayouts. From Travelpayouts we receive only click and booking statistics, without your name or contacts.

7. This website

dushanbeavia.com is hosted on Cloudflare. Your language and currency, the names of cities you found and when you closed the “Get the app” button are remembered only in your browser (localStorage). The site has no analytics of its own and no advertising cookies.

Searches for flights, cities and services on the site go through our server, just like in the app (section 3): we receive the route, dates, number of passengers, currency and the search text you type, plus your IP address to protect the service from overload. This data is not stored or linked to you. A partner (Aviasales, Tutu and others) opens only after you tap “Buy” or “Book”.

The site runs a script of the Travelpayouts affiliate network (Travelpayouts Drive), loaded from tpembars.com. It may turn links to travel websites into affiliate links and, to do so, sends Travelpayouts the page address and text and technical data about the visit: IP address, browser details and link clicks. The script may use browser storage, and partner websites may set cookies when you follow a link. Travelpayouts processes this data under its own rules. If you do not want this, use a script blocker or your browser’s reader mode.

8. Where data is processed

Cloudflare, Google and our partners may process data on servers outside Tajikistan.

9. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. How to request or delete your data

• Turn off “Anonymous statistics” in the profile — no new data will be collected.
• Uninstall the app — data on the device is deleted and the installation ID is reset.
• Email support@dushanbeavia.com with the subject “Data deletion”. As there are no accounts, we cannot look data up by name. We will delete whatever we can link to you from the information in your email and reply within 30 days.
• Data you gave to partners must be deleted through them.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
